Operator and Driver
- Driver Checklist We checklist the driver or group leader on parking and other local regulations, pick-up arrangements, layout of the city
- Passenger Pick-up We return passengers to the pick-up point or (in the case where guests have free time in York) give clear directions throughout the walk as to how to return to the pick-up point (see map below)
Passenger/Guest Care
- Health and Safety is a priority from the start – walking/stair-climbing difficulties, toilet availability, advice/ recommendations for free time, distributing York guides – all dealt with systematically from the start.
- Our commitment is that each visitor will have a clear memory of York through the sights we visit and the stories that we tell and that their visit to York is something that will stay with them as a special experience.
- The enquiry form asks for brief details of your party. Give us as little as you like, but preferably as much detail as you can.

- Our guides are presenters. They are chosen for their clarity of speaking, current and historical knowledge of York, and of life in general........and for their entertainment value.
